教務處公告

主旨：公告112學年度第1學期學業成績優良獎學金得獎名單暨獎學金帳戶確認須知。

說明：

  1. 依據「文藻外語大學（日間部）獎助學金設置辦法」第二條辦理。
  2. 各學制得獎名單如附件。
  3. 英文姓名及銀行帳戶確認時程如下表：
  4. 頒獎須知：
    獎狀頒發將由各科系於適當時間之公開場合辦理。
    獎學金預計於5月中旬匯入個人帳戶，請自行檢視，若有疑問請於113年5月31日前洽詢註冊組，逾期將不再受理。
  5. 特此公告，敬請週知。

4月10日~4月17日

●請於時間內自行登入校務資訊系統檢視個人英文姓名、銀行帳戶資料是否正確，並確認為本人帳戶，若非本人帳戶將無法順利匯款。

●若因銀行帳號資料不齊全，造成無法順利匯款，重新再匯款則需30元，由得獎人自行承擔。

●請親自至教務處註冊組確認英文姓名及帳戶資料。

大學部及二技部：請至5號櫃台陳老師

五專部：請至6號櫃台李老師

●請依個人學制別，於規定時間內至教務處註冊組找負責老師確認資料。

●非台灣中小企業銀行及玉山銀行帳戶者，第一次將扣10元收續費，重新再匯款則需30元，待所有同學簽核完成後一併請款，請同學務必於規定時間內確認完畢。

Subject：Recipients of the 2022 Academic Year 2nd   Semester Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Verification of Recipient’s Bank Account

Content：

  1. In accordance with Article 2 of “Scholarship Regulations for Day Division Students.”
  2. See attachment for a list of recipients from each academic division.
  3. Time table for verifying name and bank account is listed below:
  4. Regarding Award Ceremony:
    Scholarship certificates will be awarded publically by each academic department at an appropriate time.
    Scholarship money is scheduled to be transferred to your bank account around mid May. Please verify your bank account and contact the Registration Section by
    May 31, 2024 if there is any question. No inquiry will be accepted after the deadline.
  5. This notification is for immediate release.

●Recipients are encouraged to log onto their School Information System to make sure their name in English and bank account information are up to date. The bank account must belong to the scholarship recipient otherwise the transfer will not be successful.

●If the scholarship money cannot be transferred successfully due to insufficient bank information, a 30NT transaction will be deducted from the recipient for a second attempt.

●Please come to the Registration Section, Office of Academic Affairs personally to verify your name in English and bank account information.

4-Year and 2-Year College: Ms. Chen at Counter #5

5-Year Junior College: Ms. Li at Counter #6

●Please come to the Registration Section and see the person in charge of your academic division for info verification within the specified time period.

●A 10NT transaction fee will be deducted for the first payment attempt from recipients who do not have a bank account with Taiwan Business Bank or E. Sun Bank. A 30NT transaction fee will be charged if a second attempt is required. Scholarship will be transferred after all students have completed the necessary procedures. Please be prompt and complete your verification process within the specified time period.
