113學年度第2學期取消寄送紙本成績單Notice: Discontinuation of Printed Grade Transcripts Starting from the Second Semester of Academic Year 2024 (113)

11434日行政會議決議,為響應環保並提升行政效率,自本學期起不再寄送紙本成績單。待成績公告後,請同學及家長逕至校務資訊系統查詢個人成績。如有紙本成績單之需求,請使用「文藻外語大學成績列印自動化系統」,或親洽註冊組申請。

學生-校務資訊系統成績查詢方式

請由學校中文首頁點選「資訊服務入口網」,輸入個人帳號與密碼後,依序點選:「校務資訊」「查詢」「教務資訊查詢」「學期成績查詢」

家長-校務資訊系統成績查詢方式

請由學校中文首頁點選右上方「家長」選項,點選「資訊查詢」學生在校資訊查詢,輸入帳號(學生學號),密碼(監護人手機號碼),進入後依序點選:「教務資訊查詢」「學期成績查詢」。

若密碼錯誤,表示學生監護人手機號碼有誤,可請學生至教務處註冊組申請變更。

 

 

In line with the resolution passed at the Administrative Meeting on March 4, 2025, and to promote environmental sustainability and administrative efficiency, printed grade transcripts will no longer be mailed to students starting this semester.

 

After grade announcements, students and parents are kindly requested to log in to the University Academic Information System to check individual academic results. If a printed transcript is required, please use the [Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages Automated Grade Printing System] or visit the Registration Division to request one.

 

Instructions for Students – Grade Inquiry via the Academic Information System

 

  1. Visit the Universitys Chinese homepage and click on 「資訊服務入口網」 (Information Service Portal).
  2. Enter your account and password.
  3. Click on: 「校務資訊」 (Academic Affairs Information) 「查詢」 (Inquiry) 「教務資訊查詢」 (Academic Affairs Inquiry) 「學期成績查詢」 (Semester Grades Inquiry).

 

Instructions for Parents – Grade Inquiry via the Academic Information System

 

  1. Visit the Universitys Chinese homepage and click on the 「家長」 (Parent) section at the top right.
  2. Select 「資訊查詢—學生在校資訊查詢」 (Information Inquiry Student Status).
  3. Enter the student’s ID number as the account and the guardian’s mobile phone number as the password.
  4. Navigate to: 「教務資訊查詢」 (Academic Affairs Inquiry) 「學期成績查詢」 (Semester Grades Inquiry).

 

Note:

If the password is incorrect, it may indicate that the guardian's mobile phone number is not correctly registered. In such cases, the student should contact the Office of Academic Affairs Registration Division to update the information.
