114學年度第1學期日間部申請輔系、雙主修、學分學程身份辦理事宜 Day Division Students for the 1st Semester in 2025: Application for minors, double majors and programs

一、申請時間：114/12/1-114/12/5，逾期不受理。

二、申請對象：

  1. 申請輔系雙主修：日四技各學系學生得自一年級下學期起至最高修業年級第一學期結束前（不含延長修業期限）。
  2. 申請輔系雙主修：日二技各學系學生得自入學後至最高修業年級第一學期結束前（不含延長修業期限）。
  3. 申請學程：本校大學部四年制學生自一年級下學期起、二年制及研究所學生自入學後，至最高修業年級第一學期結束前（不含延長修業期限）。

三、申請流程：

1.請先至課務組網頁-輔系、雙主修、學分學程專區查詢「各系輔系及雙主修規定」、「各學程規劃書規定」，並確定是否符合申請資格(https://d002.wzu.edu.tw/category/152937)

        2.線上申請輔系雙主修學程身份，請參閱附件「輔系、雙主修及學程線上操作手冊」。

四、公告核准名單：114/12/22

五、注意事項：

  1. 申請雙主修、輔系者，需留意各系雙主修、輔系之語檢畢業門檻規定，始符合畢業規定。 
  2. 申請合格者不得於學期中申請放棄，欲放棄者需於當學期結束後次學期加退選時透過網路申請放棄，若有申請二個以上之輔系雙主修或學程者，請向各系提出書面申請（例如Ａ生同時有法文及德文二種身份，要放棄其一，請書面申請）。 
  3. 其他相關規定請參閱本校輔系、雙主修及學程修讀辦法。

Day Division Students for the 1st Semester in 2025: Application for minors, double majors and programs

 

I. Date: 2025/12/1-2025/12/5

II. Qualifications

  1. Minors and Double Majors :Students enrolled in any major in four-year degree programs can apply to pursue a minor field or double majors starting from the second semester of their first year until the end of the first semester of their final academic year, excluding any extended study periods.
  2. Minors and Double Majors :Students enrolled in any major in two-year degree programs can submit requests to pursue a minor field or double majors from the time of enrollment until the end of the first semester of their final academic year, excluding any extended study periods.
  3. Programs: Undergraduate students in four-year programs may apply to pursue additional credit programs starting from the second semester of their first year. Students in two-year programs and graduate programs may apply from the time of enrollment until the end of the first semester of their final academic year, excluding any extended study periods.
