重要法規修訂公告The regulation amendments of the Registration Section

114學年度第2學期通過法規修正如下：

• 文藻外語大學暨附設專科部轉系（所、科、學位學程）辦法 第三條
• 文藻外語大學休復學辦法 第九條
• 文藻外語大學附設專科部學生成績考核辦法 第八條、第十一條
• 文藻外語大學頒發應屆畢業生學業優良獎實施要點  第三條
• 文藻外語大學學生學術表現優異獎實施要點 第五條
• 文藻外語大學國內交換學生實施作業要點 第二點、第十七點

前五項法規於115年5月26日教務會議修正通過，並於115年6月9日經校長核定。

「文藻外語大學國內交換學生實施作業要點」於115年5月26日教務會議修訂，並於115年7月7日行政會議修正通過。

The regulation amendments are as described below:

I.「Graduate Institute/Department/Degree Program Transfer Guidelines for Four-Year College and Five-Year Junior College Students」Article 3 of the regulations was amended.

II.「Guidelines for temporary suspension (resumption) of schooling」Article 9 of the regulations was amended.

III.「Junior College Division of the Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages Guidelines for Student Assess 」Article 8,11 of the regulations were amended.

IV.「Guidelines Governing Awards of Academic Achievement for Graduates」Article 3 of the regulations was amended.

V.「 Implementation Guidelines for Outstanding Academic Performance Scholarship」Article 5 of the regulations was amended.

VI.「 Guidelines Governing Domestic Exchange Students」Article 2, 17 of the guildelines were amended.

The amendments listed in Items I–V were approved at the Academic Affairs Committee Meeting on May 26, 2026, and ratified by the President on June 9, 2026.

The Guidelines Governing Domestic Exchange Students were revised at the Academic Affairs Committee Meeting on May 26, 2026, and approved at the Administrative Council Meeting on July 7, 2026.
